Cancellation and Refund Policy
• Orders cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or returned after payment, or due to size incompatibility or customer dissatisfaction with product quality.
• Returns or exchanges are only accepted in the event of a manufacturing defect or if the wrong product was sent.
• Shipping costs: The shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount in case of return, and the customer bears all return costs.
Completing the order means you fully agree to these policies.
1- The consumer has the right to exchange the product provided to him from the store within 24 hours following the date of receiving the product, and he does not have the right to exchange the product after 24 hours have passed.
2- The condition for replacing the product is that the product is in good condition and that the consumer has not used the product or obtained its benefit. The store has the right to inspect the product before replacing it to ensure its safety, and the consumer bears the cost of shipping if he wants to replace the product.

2- If the product consists of videotapes, CDs, DVDs, or software that have been used.
3- If the product is newspapers, magazines, publications, books, or anything else that is considered a publication.
4- If a defect appears in the product due to the consumer's misuse.
5- If the reason for the return is the size, unless the wrong size was sent by the store.
