Cancellation and Refund Policy
• The order cannot be cancelled or replaced after payment or due to size mismatch or customer dissatisfaction with the quality of the product.
• Return or exchange only in case of manufacturing defect or if wrong product was sent.
• Shipping costs: The shipping amount will be deducted from the refund amount in the event of a return, and the customer bears all return costs.
• Completing the order means your full acceptance of these policies.
1- The consumer has the right to replace the product provided to him by the store within 24 hours following the date of receipt of the product, and he does not have the right to replace the product after 24 hours have passed.
2- To replace the product, the product must be in good condition and the consumer must not have used the product or benefited from it. The store has the right to inspect the product before replacing it to ensure its safety, and the consumer bears the cost of shipping if he wants to replace the product.

3- If the product is newspapers, magazines, publications, books, or anything else considered to be works.
4- If a defect appears in the product due to the consumer’s poor possession.
5- If the reason for the return is the size, unless the wrong size was sent by the store.
