If and when an order is canceled while it is in the process of being executed, completed, or in the process of being shipped and delivered, a shipping fee of 80 riyals will be deducted, and the amount will be refunded within 5-7 business days . For bank transfers, after filling out the bank details, the store's approval is required for the cancellation.

Important Note: If the shipment has been shipped or the customer is contacted by the shipping company and the shipment has not been received, the amount cannot be refunded.
