Shipping and Fulfillment Policy

• Completing the order: This signifies your full agreement to the shipping policy and timeframe displayed. If the customer ignores reading the terms, the store disclaims any responsibility.

• Confirmation and cancellation period: 24 hours from order completion. After this period, the order cannot be modified or cancelled.

Order cancellation is from the customer's side

• Order processing time: 5-7 working days (excluding Friday and Saturday).

Order processing time after preparation: After the order is prepared, it takes 7-20 business days, excluding Fridays and Saturdays (this may be subject to increase based on circumstances).

The duration may be extended!!!!!

(The period exceeds twenty days depending on the time needed to complete the implementation, as the requests are pre-ordered and the customer knows and agrees before paying. Thank you. The period increases up to the time needed without limit.)

The preparation period is separate from the implementation and installation period. They are not calculated together, but separately!

• Pre-orders: All orders are pre-orders.

•In case the order is cancelled within the cancellation period : the refund will be processed within 7-24 working days (excluding Fridays and Saturdays).

• Contacting customer service: In the event of cancellation, you must contact us via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours.

• Customs and Shipping: The customer is responsible for paying any additional customs duties, as they are customs duties and not fees that we benefit from. We are not responsible for the order before receiving it. If the order is canceled while it is in the process of being executed or has been executed, 80 riyals will be deducted from the amount paid.

• Pickup and Shipping: If the customer does not receive the shipment after shipping, the amount will not be refunded. The shipping company determines the delivery to the home or branch, not us.

Rush Orders: There is no option to expedite orders for any reason.
